White Roc is a charming, spacious, elegant villa on three levels set in a secure, walled garden. The ground floor accommodation comprises of one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, one single bedroom, and two bathrooms.  The twin and single bedrooms each have a private balcony/ terrace overlooking the lush, tropical gardens. These bedrooms are equipped with fans but benefit from high ceilings and excellent cross ventilation.

A large fully equipped kitchen is also on the ground floor, adjacent to the dining room which overlooks the swimming pool.  There is an extensive terrace/verandah where large white pots with ornamental palms enhance the tropical setting.  A separate utility/laundry room with washing machine is also on the ground floor.

The main bedroom and en suite bathroom are situated on the first floor.  This bedroom has a newly installed air conditioner.  There is a comfortable and spacious sitting room on this floor leading onto a balcony.  A staircase from the living room leads to an expansive roof terrace.  An authentic coastal pili pili bed is located in the covered gazebo here which is a perfect spot for stargazers by night and daydreamers by day.  A convenient cloakroom is also situated on this level. The roof terrace is also ideal for sundowners with panoramic 360-degree views as the sun sets and wonderful ocean views.

The staff at White Roc have been employed by the family for over 20 years and consist of a cook, a house servant, and a gardener/pool attendant.  A night guard can be employed at additional cost either from one of the security companies or alternatively the private night guard used by the owners can be employed if available.  G4S fixed security switches are located on both the ground and first floor and in addition, there are two portable press button switches.

Malindi is a fascinating town with a rich cultural history.  Activities include all watersports including snorkeling in the nearby acclaimed Marine national park, deep sea fishing, kite surfing, windsurfing, scuba diving and also golf at the Malindi Golf club.  Ample entertainment is available with some excellent restaurants, a casino and night clubs. There are well-stocked supermarkets in the town and fresh fish and shellfish can be bought from fishermen on the beach.

White Roc house is approx 3.5 km from Malindi town and about 5 km from Malindi airport.
